Welcome to Beautiful Beads & More, the home for handcrafted jewelry.

Hello, my name is Barbara and some years back I decided to try something new!  Ever a crafter in stitchery and needlework, I signed up for a class on how to make a knitted beaded bag – and fell in love!  I was enchanted by the color, the glamor and the unlimited possibilities that beading presented and I couldn’t get enough – I was hooked!  Albuquerque presented a wealth of educational opportunities in the world of beading and I signed up for many beading classes, and the rest, as they say, is history!!!

I began participating in holiday arts and crafts shows and since then, I have never looked back! I have loved ‘doing’ shows – and this year I made the decision to ‘kick it up a notch’ to share my love of beading and beauty on my website, Beautiful Beads & More.

Here I am able to share my delight with all – the beauty and luster of crystals, beads, gemstones and pearls of all types from all over the world; combined with the opportunity to design with such mediums as nylon, cotton, wire, and chain; as well as once again picking up my trusty crochet hooks and sewing needles to present a new, unique and creative design made especially for you!
